On December 20, Shenyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau jointly held the selection contest for the digital transformation and innovation application scenarios of city-owned state-owned enterprises. Shengjing Credit Investigation and Sino-Europe Train entries under Shenyang Shengjing Financial Holding Group won the first prize and the third prize respectively。

The contest was sponsored by Shenyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and jointly organized by Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau, and 39 project teams from 9 state-owned enterprises in the city participated。The competition invited review experts recommended by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Industrial Research Institute and enterprises，The 39 projects were divided into two groups: start-up group and growth group，Score and guide the participating projects from the perspectives of practicality, innovation, practicality, maturity and so on，In the end, 14 projects advanced to the final roadshow on the day。

Shengjing Credit project "Credit + Finance" alternative data ecosystem "won the first prize of the start-up group of the competition。Based on alternative data other than credit information, the project uses new generation digital technologies such as big data and machine learning to tap the value of data and provide innovative products and services to information users。This project collected 11 data source units, 17 data dimensions, about 1.8 billion pieces of data, and developed a series of products including credit reporting, credit scoring, financial analysis, and post-loan management, "Leading star credit reporting", providing a variety of data services such as dedicated lines, lists, and customization。The platform has important application prospects in solving the financing problems of small and micro enterprises, and has been widely recognized by financial institutions, and has become one of the important frontier exploration in the field of digital inclusive finance。

The entry project of the Central Europe Railway (Shenyang) Assembly Center "Information Construction of the Central Europe Railway Logistics Hub" won the third prize of the start-up group of the competition。Independently develop and build the digital operation management system of the terminal, make full use of the new generation of information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence, and connect the comprehensive service management platform of the terminal and the customs logistics platform to achieve data sharing and single notification。The system has a visual management function to present the real-time situation of the container yard with a three-dimensional visual scene. At the same time, it adopts the functions of online reservation, unattended bayonet, automatic container allocation, etc., to realize intelligent operation and supervision, paperless document circulation, and diversified functional design。The research and development of the system has accelerated the customs clearance speed of import and export goods, improved the operation efficiency of the terminal and reduced the comprehensive cost of customers, and has taken a leading position in the country in many aspects。
